📋 Description

• Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, and dashboards
• Define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Architect solutions using Celonis platform to deliver measurable business value
• Roll out adoption, handover, and enable customer teams for sustained value
• Collaborate with product and domain teams to shape platform roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in management/IT consulting or process improvement in software/consulting
• Proficiency in Celonis platform, data modeling, KPI definition, automation
• Strong SQL, Python, and PQL skills; experience with AI-assisted tools
• Business domain expertise in ERP-heavy processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
• Excellent consulting skills: workshops, stakeholder management, clear communication
• Analytical mindset with ability to quantify business impact
