📋 Description

Lead a team of Adoption Specialists to drive product adoption, retention, and reduce churn for
Own adoption strategy, execution, and results across onboarding, feature enablement, and churn
Collaborate with CS leaders, Adoption Program Managers, Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale
Set priorities, unblock blockers, and ensure high-impact work with measurable outcomes.
Act as primary escalation point between Adoption team and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in customer success/adoption/lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS) required.
2+ years leading a team of adoption/CS/lifecycle specialists.
Proven track record supporting adoption programs for scaled or digital customer segments.
Strong analytical instincts; able to define KPIs, track progress, and iterate from data.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, CS, and Operations.
