• Own design function; transform beta into high-quality UX
• Collaborate with head of product, founders, and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as senior or lead product designer (B2B with AI is a plus)
• Autonomous, opinionated builder; comfortable solo designer
• Creative, fast-paced startup mindset
• Proven UX/UI research expertise (interviews, surveys, usability)
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making
• Portfolio showing end-to-end experiences with AI-native research
