🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with at least 2 years in leadership/mentorship.
• Strong experience designing SaaS, B2B, or complex digital products.
• Outstanding portfolio showing systemic thinking and leadership beyond features.
• Proven ability to lead data-informed design across research, IA, interaction, visual, prototyping
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
