📋 Description

• Lead design across Stellar Development Foundation products as a player-coach and IC.
• Set design vision and craft standards; leverage AI to speed delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ship pixel-perfect UX.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Mentor and grow the design team; scale design systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design with shipped, end-to-end work.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design; attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring designers; formal management a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate design work.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, Framer, and scalable design systems.
• Strong communication; able to present and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of user-centered design with research and usability testing.
