🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years product design experience; 2+ years leadership/mentorship; SaaS/B2B/complex environments
• Strong portfolio showing systematic thinking, measurable impact, leadership beyond execution.
• Experience leading data-informed design across research, IA, interaction, visual, prototyping and
• Exceptional craft with emphasis on hierarchy, typography, grids, motion, accessibility and quality.
• Experience designing AI-driven interfaces and collaborating with ML/data teams.
• Deep fluency in design systems and scalable product decisions; strong cross-functional leadership.
