Create pixel-perfect designs for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web
Develop, maintain, and refine reusable design templates and the DLS
Produce detailed specs and redlines referencing the DLS
Review assets to ensure brand standards and accessibility
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and research teams to ensure consistency

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in product design with 3+ years in leadership on cross-platform projects
Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect design
Experience with design systems, tokens, and variable structures
Proficient with Figma components, libraries, and branching
Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
Expert in Figma; basic skills in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
