Lead and manage design projects from conception to production for medium to large scales.
Craft platform-optimized, pixel-perfect designs for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web.
Develop, maintain, and refine reusable design templates aligned with the DLS.
Create specs and redlines referencing the DLS to guide implementation.
Review and ensure all design assets render correctly and adhere to brand standards.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and research teams to ensure design consistency.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6 years in product design, with at least 3 years in leadership on cross-platform projects.
Strong focus on detail and pixel-perfect design.
Experience in design systems, tokens, and variable structures.
Proficient with Figma components, libraries, and branching.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration (product, engineering, QA).
Expert in Figma; proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
