Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end from identifying opportunities to shipping experiences.
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creator visibility and consumer trust.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences including personalization and recommendations.
• Connect product systems across community, creator, content, and marketplace dynamics.
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and bridge design to production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped products and complex multi-user experiences.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at a senior/lead level with autonomy.
• Strong 0→1 product development experience from exploration to launch.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery dynamics (search, ranking, recommendations, engagement
