Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own Discover's design end-to-end. Identify opportunities, frame problems, set design direction, and
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences. Create interfaces, curation experiences, and trust signals
• Serve both sides of the market. Shape marketplace systems that build creator visibility and
• Prototype at speed using AI-assisted tools to stress-test ideas and collaborate with engineers to
• Mentor and elevate the design craft on Discover and develop designers around you.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong alignment with company values and an ability to reference them in work.
• You are proficient in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
• Marketplace or two-sided platform design experience is required.
• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped 0→1 work and multi-user flows.
• Experience as the most senior designer on a product area, setting direction and owning outcomes.
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable.
