📋 Description

• Advance design strategy and end-to-end experiences with product and market requirements
• Lead and execute creative design solutions by defining customer journey
• Present design direction to teams; align with senior stakeholders to shape product strategy
• Guide junior members on journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Oversee and contribute to a shared design system
• Implement tooling and derive user insights with the design team

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years designing digital products/services in a B2C environment
• Solid portfolio of digital product design work
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and UX principles; strong creative vision
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and ship quality products at scale
• Experience developing and coaching a mid-large design team
• Experienced leader who aligns design with business objectives and can execute with the team
