• Lead the product line with Product Managers
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Product Managers
• Plan team growth: hiring needs, roles, scaling org
• Ensure onboarding with clear responsibilities and tools
• Monitor market conditions and customer needs to set goals
• Collaborate with Design & Development to deliver cross-functional OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years product management; 2+ years team leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration with clients
• Passion for UX design and problem solving
• Self-driven; able to manage complex initiatives
• Track record delivering end-to-end, user-centered products
• English and Turkish communication with cross-functional teams
