Lead Product Manager, Data and AI

📋 Description

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define a multi-year roadmap for data/AI aligned with business goals.
• GenAI & Lifecycle: Leverage LLMs and AI to ideate, experiment, and scale production.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Design, Eng, Clinical Quality, and GTM.
• Responsible AI & Governance: Work with Legal/Privacy/Clinical to uphold responsible AI.
• Impact Metrics & Optimization: Design A/B testing to measure model impact and outcomes.
• Mentorship & Culture: Lead by example, mentor juniors, and foster a data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: BS/MS in CS, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Product Experience: 8+ years in enterprise SaaS/health tech launching large-scale products.
• Data & AI Expertise: 3+ years shipping ML/data products; ML/DL and LLM infra.
• Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills; explain complex systems to executives.
• Strategic Execution: Unpack ambiguity; set boundaries; execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare Alignment: Nice-to-have experience in regulated health tech/fintech with data ethics.
