Lead Product Manager (Monetisation)

📋 Description

• Set monetisation direction, own roadmap, and represent squad in leadership forums
• Drive LTV via engagement loops, coin packages, offers, and purchases
• Use segmentation and purchasing insights to prioritise work; CRM collaboration
• Build prototypes and MVPs with AI tools (Cursor/Claude/Lovable) for validation
• Translate revenue targets into product requirements; align cross-functional teams
• Maintain monetisation KPIs and ensure teams know what to optimise for

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning monetisation or revenue products with leadership
• Experience in social casino or F2P gaming with virtual currency and IAP
• Deep understanding of spending psychology; KPI fluency (ARPU, conversion, LTV)
• Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to build prototypes and tools
• Comfortable with BI tools to pull and interpret data without analyst
• Clear, confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
