📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing product team for registries in NEC Health.
• Own strategic vision and go-to-market planning for new products.
• End-to-end product lifecycle and value delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with design, clinical, and tech teams to improve user journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management at scale (mid-senior level).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to define KPIs/OKRs and track outcomes.
• Familiar with agile/scaled delivery, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Aha.
• Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
• Self-starter with customer-obsessed mindset and time management.
