📋 Description

• Serve as the primary product point of contact for reporting and product requests from strategic
• Establish intake and triage for strategic-account requests; capture, assess, prioritize, route, and
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, scoped requirements for engineering.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize initiatives alongside roadmap commitments.
• Facilitate trade-offs; communicate decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Identify recurring needs and advocate for scalable, productized capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including enterprise/strategic-account management.
• Proven ability to manage high volume of concurrent requests with strong organization and
• Strong technical fluency with data, reporting, BI systems; understands SQL, data models, ETL/BI
• Experience partnering with engineering on prioritization, planning, and trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and turning vague needs into actionable requirements.
