🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Leadership abilities and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical aptitude; ability to follow SOPs.
Experience in manufacturing/production and cannabis filling/packaging is a plus.
