🎯 Requirements

10+ years aerospace manufacturing/prototype experience.
Extensive aircraft structural assembly experience.
Advanced composites experience (wet layup, repairs).
Strong ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
DFM feedback and mentoring experience.
U.S. Security Clearance eligibility.
