🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA development with automated testing strategies
• 2+ years in leadership, mentoring, or coaching
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Hands-on with Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Experience with automated testing in cloud-based CI/CD
• Knowledge of QA metrics, automation coverage, and performance profiling
