Lead QA Engineer, Automation

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day QA activities within Agile/Scrum teams
• Review requirements and plan tasks with Product Management
• Own QA automation projects and define automation strategy
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Lead AI-native QA practices and AI-assisted testing
• Architect UI visual regression tests and baselines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Software Eng or equivalent
• 6+ years in software QA, SDET, or automation
• Strong TypeScript for test automation
• REST API testing, CI/CD experience
• BDD/TDD knowledge; SQL for test data
• Experience with AI tools for QA workflows
