📋 Description

• Lead automation strategy across UI, API, performance, and scalability testing.
• Design, build, maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews to understand quality implications.
• Shift-left testing by embedding quality practices early in design and development.
• Partner with product and engineering to validate performance, scalability, reliability, and
• Mentor QA/SDET team members; promote innovative testing approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software testing and test automation, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks across UI and API testing.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of performance, scalability, infrastructure, and reliability testing.
• Hands-on experience with microfrontend architectures and databases such as MongoDB and Firebase.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, continuous testing, and automation integration for large-scale apps.
