Lead SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

📋 Description

• Lead QA automation across iOS, Android, and server SDKs
• Define tooling, frameworks, and roadmaps to improve coverage
• Hands-on, design and maintain automated test suites across platforms
• Architect scalable test automation frameworks and infra
• Build GitLab CI pipelines and integrate with real-device clouds
• Own test infrastructure and ensure reliability across environments

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software test automation; lead or mentor engineers
• Experience designing/maintaining test automation frameworks
• Hands-on mobile automation: iOS (Swift/XCTest) or Android (Kotlin/Espresso)
• Experience building test infrastructure; integrations with real-device clouds
• GitLab CI, YAML pipelines, Bash, Gradle
• Git, branching strategies, PRs; modern DevOps workflows
