Lead Security Officer

📋 Description

• Red Team Operations: perform physical security assessments and tests.
• Develop and execute threat scenarios to test security measures.
• Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Special Operations: provide rapid response to security incidents.
• Contain and resolve incidents; ensure safety of personnel and assets.
• Develop and maintain security protocols and training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in military, law enforcement, overseas security, or corporate security.
• 1+ year experience in executive protection or mobile asset protection.
• SWAT or tactical operations training (preferred).
• Firearms, defensive tactics, and tactical driving proficiency (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field (preferred).
