Lead Security Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead a security operations function, delivering a structured SecOps roadmap aligned with MITRE
• Own security investigations and digital forensics from detection to incident response and
• Scale SIEM/logging pipelines with standardized ingestion to reduce noise and improve signal.
• Strengthen perimeter and authentication posture, including WAF config and auth monitoring.
• Protect data with DLP controls and ensure coverage where data resides.
• Improve on-call rotation, alerts, escalation paths, and response SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in security operations, incident response, or related field with measurable risk
• Strong development/engineering background; able to write automation.
• Hands-on SOC and SIEM management, detection engineering, log pipeline design.
• Experience in scale-up environments and cloud architectures (AWS; some GCP).
• Experience using AI/coding automation to implement security controls.
• Fintech/payments/trust & safety experience and comfort in regulated environments.
