📋 Description

Define strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Mattermost’s SRE function.
Lead design, deployment, and optimization of containerized workloads and compliant cloud
Establish observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks at scale.
Drive incident management, on-call rotations, and root cause analysis.
Partner with security/compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
Mentor SREs and drive automation and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

BS in CS/Cybersecurity/SE or equivalent; 5+ years in SRE/DevOps/cloud infra.
Proven Kubernetes experience; IaC (Terraform).
Strong cloud experience, ideally AWS.
Experience with monitoring/alerting and performance optimization.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Automation scripting/programming proficiency; excellent cross-functional communication.
