📋 Description

• Lead design and operation of backend services and components.
• Convert product requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure testing, performance, observability, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, mobile, data, and infra teams.
• Improve reliability via monitoring, incident response, RCA.
• Participate in on-call rotation and production ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software eng experience, backend focus
• Go or similar language, CS fundamentals
• Experience with distributed backend systems
• SQL/NoSQL, Redis, asynchronous/event-driven
• Debugging, troubleshooting, perf optimization
• English communication, Agile collaboration
