📋 Description

• Lead technology delivery for Abound Spain, adapting and operating the lending platform in Spain.
• Own Spain tech, coordinate with Product, Risk, Operations, Compliance and partners.
• Define solution architectures leveraging global platform for local market needs.
• Hands-on coding while guiding architecture, integrations and delivery.
• Manage and mentor a small engineering team, including coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure regulatory and operational alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python production experience (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy).
• Experience leading engineering teams or complex technical projects.
• Hands-on engineer with leadership, architecture and delivery focus.
• Designing architectures for business-critical systems.
• Experience adapting platforms to local market, regulatory requirements.
• Distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures and modern practices.
