🎯 Requirements

10+ years building and shipping enterprise software at scale
Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript
Ruby on Rails or similar framework experience
Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures
Agile practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture
Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code
