📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain, and scale backend services and their support tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems and production-scale software.
• Strong GoLang proficiency (primary language).
• Frontend experience with React (basic level).
• Cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP (deeply).
• Experience mentoring engineers and upskilling teams.
• Async programming: streams, event-driven architectures.
