🎯 Requirements

COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM (hands-on).

Production support, incident management, release/change management.
Experience with Endevor/Changeman or equivalent deployment tools.
Understand SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Debugging and performance tuning for mainframe apps.
