🎯 Requirements

15+ years in large-scale backend services, payments focus
Strong payments domain knowledge: processing, tokenization, gateway
Expert in payment flows (sync/async, online/offline)
SOX/PCI/3DS compliance familiarity
Experience with RFPs and evaluating vendors
Cloud experience with AWS or GCP; multi-cloud is a plus
