📋 Description

Pre-sales engineer for SMB to mid-market customers
Architect tailored AI-driven solutions and demos
Leverage Freddy AI, Agent Studio in demos/POCs
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation
Address objections and align tech with business outcomes
Night shift role with North America market experience required

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in pre-sales/solution engineering or similar
Strong SaaS, cloud, APIs, enterprise software background
Proven demos/POCs design and delivery
Communicate well with mid-market/enterprise customers
Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent
Familiarity with ITSM and AI/LLM concepts; hands-on AI agent building
