Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical narrative for AI/Freddy across strategic and competitive deals.
• Design and deliver AI proofs-of-concept and demos via Agent Studio, MCP Gateway, and APIs.
• Lead technical discovery for AI use cases and quantify impact with customers.
• Lead internal SE projects to improve efficiency with AI-driven workflows.
• Partner with Account Executives and SEs as AI overlay in SMB/Commercial pursuits.
• Support deal-winning activities end to end, including RFP/RFI responses and security reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Presales, ideally ITSM/ITOM/ITAM or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong AI fundamentals; experience with LLMs, agents, context engineering, RAG, tool use, and
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions in customer-facing contexts.
• Experience building internal agents/automations and cross-system integrations.
• Track record selling AI/automation value to business and technical stakeholders; competitive deal
• Excellent communication; ability to engage CIO/CXO audiences and hands-on admins.
