Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the technical narrative for AI/Freddy across strategic and competitive deals, positioning AI
• Design and deliver tailored AI proofs-of-concept and demos: configuring agentic workflows, custom
• Lead technical discovery for AI use cases — ticket deflection, agent-assist, workflow automation
• Lead internal SE projects to improve efficiency, building AI-driven workflows to automate
• Partner with Account Executives and SEs as AI overlay on SMB/Commercial pursuits, joining deals
• Support deal-winning activities end to end: RFP/RFI responses, executive briefings, proof-of-value

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar roles, ideally in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong AI fundamentals with understanding of LLMs, agents, memory, RAG, tool use, and
• Hands-on experience deploying or configuring AI/LLM-based solutions in customer contexts
• Experience building internal agents/automations that interact with multiple systems and provide
• Proven track record selling AI/automation value to business and technical stakeholders; ability to
• Comfort across the full deal lifecycle from discovery and demos to value proof and implementation
