📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of DeepL products for APJ with Tokyo as base; mainly engage Japanese
• Design account and deal strategies with sales; position other DeepL products where appropriate.
• Build live demos, prototypes, PoC/PoV environments; move beyond slideware to working solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering; manage complex enterprise discussions with
• Lead technical discovery, cover translations, APIs, and Voice across products; deliver moving demos

🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese; business-level English; other languages welcome.
• 7+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales for Enterprise SaaS, AI, CCaaS or
• Proven track record designing customer solutions and delivering technical trust; impactful outcomes
• Hands-on experience building demos, prototypes, POC/PoV for customers.
• Influence beyond own accounts; mentoring or enabling others; scalable assets for future deals.
• Technical foundation: REST API, authentication and SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD)
