Lead - Solutions Engineer (Verticals)

📋 Description

• Serve as a dedicated Solution Engineering partner to SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing
• Collaborate with customers to identify and address critical business, operational, and technology
• Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical and business discovery and shape solution
• Translate customer requirements into defined business and technical solutions.
• Build and deliver customized demonstrations aligned to industry workflows and priorities.
• Articulate value of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, and AI capabilities to technical and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in Solution/Sales Engineering or similar pre-sales roles.
• Experience with SaaS solutions in SLED, Higher Education, or Manufacturing.
• Understand how buying processes vary across industries.
• Experience with ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ESM or related enterprise platforms preferred.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple opportunities.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $136,085 - $168,105 (USD). Eligible for variable compensation.
