📋 Description

Lead Solution Engineer for SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing verticals
Partner with Account Executives to discover requirements and shape solutions
Deliver tailored demonstrations aligning Freshworks ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM and AI capabilities
Create repeatable vertical-specific demos and best practices for GTM
Stay current on industry trends and customer needs
Advocate for AI-first Freshworks experience to diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

6–8 years in solution/sales engineering or similar pre-sales
Experience selling SaaS into SLED/Higher Ed/Manufacturing
Strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and priorities
Experience with ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ESM or related enterprise platforms preferred
Excellent presentation and storytelling; cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor’s degree preferred
