Lead - Solutions Engineer (Verticals)

📋 Description

• Serve as a dedicated Solution Engineering partner to SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing
• Collaborate with customers to identify and address business, operational, and technology challenges
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to shape solution strategies
• Translate customer requirements into clearly defined business and technical solutions
• Build and deliver customized demonstrations aligned to industry-specific workflows
• Articulate ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, and AI capabilities to technical and executive audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales roles
• Experience in SaaS solutions for verticals like SLED, Higher Education, or Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of how buying processes differ across industries
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM or related enterprise tech preferred
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
• Cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges
