📋 Description

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach associates to build relationships and provide product guidance.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and KPI-focused goals.
• Manage opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accurate POS processing.
• Enforce SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months hands-on retail store operations experience.
