📋 Description

• Lead store operations and coach the team to deliver great service.
• Be brand ambassador; create welcoming, compliant store environment.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support resolutions of customer concerns with empathy.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ with High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year POS / cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork.
