📋 Description

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop store associates to achieve service goals.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Enroll guests in our rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Support opening/closing duties, safety, and inventory integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months hands-on retail ops incl opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
