📋 Description

• Lead customer experiences and coach the team to deliver service.
• Drive consultative selling and on-floor product education.
• Guide inventory integrity and ensure SOPs and safety compliance.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and accurate POS handling.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing store culture.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 1 year of POS and cash handling experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• At least 6 months in retail operations (opening/closing and cash reconciliation).
