• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as brand ambassador and drive retail performance.
• Ensure store is compliant, welcoming, and operations-ready.
• Manage opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Foster teamwork and uphold safety/SOP compliance.
• Support inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year POS/cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months hands-on retail ops incl opening/closing and cash.
