📋 Description

• Lead store operations and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Brand ambassador duties, coaching, and driving a welcoming, compliant store environment.
• Own opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS transactions.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy during transactions and orders.
• Foster loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards and capturing customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old; HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience; 1 year POS/cash handling.
• 6+ months retail leadership; 6+ months store operations experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
