• Lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Run opening/closing duties, cash handling, and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Support leadership with training, coaching, and day-to-day store management.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old with High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year POS and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
