Lead Stormwater & Water Resources Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of stormwater management systems and water resources projects nationwide.
• Provide technical leadership across stormwater, watershed, drainage, flood mitigation, and water
• Mentor engineers through coaching, reviews, and training; develop discipline standards and QA/QC
• Develop and apply modeling workflows and resources for modeling and analysis in projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in stormwater, drainage, and water resources engineering with complex technical delivery.
• Experience providing technical leadership, quality reviews, and guidance on water resources
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software: HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM, PCSWMM, HydroCAD
• Experience preparing/reviewing engineering reports, studies, plans, specs, bid documents, or
