🎯 Requirements

5+ years in quality management for high-volume manufacturing
Proven ability to resolve quality issues rapidly to minimise disruption
First principles thinking for audits and problem solving
Experience working with suppliers to achieve outcomes
Willing to travel regularly to China (50%+ of time)
English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
