Lead Systems Engineer - EO/IR Sensing

📋 Description

• Direct system engineering and integration of airborne EO/IR to readiness
• Translate mission needs into detection/tracking/ID requirements
• Define sensor mode sets and concepts of operations
• Integrate target detection, tracking and classification pipelines
• Ensure robust data interfaces to mission computers
• Plan and execute verification/test campaigns for sensor performance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Systems or related field
• Delivered EO/IR targeting systems through integration, test, release
• Translate complex missions into concrete detection/ID requirements
• Practical expertise in sensor mode design and scheduling
• Experience with detection/classification pipelines and false-alarm control
• Guide verification/testing across imagery, algorithms and avionics
