Elevate recruiting practices, mentor others, and ensure candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, including senior roles.
Experience hiring in AI/ML, infrastructure, or research environments.
Ability to run GTM, marketing, or business searches alongside core tech.
Proven track record of closing senior talent in competitive markets.
Fluency with recruiting data and metrics-driven decisions.
Builder mindset with tooling/automation experience.

🎁 Benefits

Base salary: $160,000 - $260,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
