Lead Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for apps and integrated systems.
• Implement and tune automated testing tools, frameworks, and scripts.
• Conduct multi-layer testing: functional, non-functional, performance, security.
• Support system-level integration testing to validate end-to-end data flow.
• Develop and maintain Test Analysis Reports and a System Defect Management Plan.
• Create synthetic and integrated test data per Census and Decennial data security policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10–14 years of testing experience; senior level.
• Automated testing experience; hands-on with scripts and frameworks.
• Experience with multi-layer testing: functional, performance, security, UAT.
• System-level and integration testing across complex interconnected systems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
